The Otto & Edna Neely Foundation is a non-profit corporation dedicated to those who need assistance. The Foundation provides grants to organizations in cultural and fine arts, social services, education, and health and welfare areas. It has also established scholarships at several of the universities and community colleges in Arizona.

This website has been designed to assist seniors at selected Arizona high schools to apply for a scholarship from the Otto & Edna Neely Foundation. We encourage you to fully explore this website to learn more about the Foundation and the high school scholarship program.

You will find some background information about Otto & Edna Neely and the Foundation under the "About The Founders" tab. The scholarship program has been established at ten high schools which are listed under the "Participating Schools" tab. Please click on the "Scholarships" tab for specific information about the scholarships and the qualifications for application.

Finally, you will find the scholarship application under the "Application" tab. Please complete the application and submit it to the contact person at your high school who is listed under the "Participating Schools" tab.
